Candlewood Kids takes place during our Sunday Services. The mission of this ministry is to help equip parents in their pursuit of pointing their children towards Jesus. One way we helped parents put God’s word in their child’s heart was through our Memory Madness program.
Donut Party
In Fall 2025, we began the Awana Sparks Green Book, Book 1, and now we are nearing the end. All the kids have put in so much hard work, and it has been so encouraging to see verse after verse memorized!
Our donut party will be May 31st during both Sunday School services to celebrate all the kids and their hard work.
Memory Madness Summer Break
After May 31st, Sunday School will be taking a break from Memory Madness and will no longer be signing books. If your child isn’t done with their books, that’s all right and we will sign books again starting in the Fall. Kids can pick up where they have left off if they’ve already made it through part of the book when it kicks back up.
Memory Madness Award Ceremony for Book Finishers
We will be doing an award ceremony in August to celebrate our book finishers! Make sure to have books finished by May 31st to be celebrated at that award ceremony. More details to come!
