What is a Small Group?
Small Groups are made up of people in the same life stage, seeking to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others, serve the community together, and have fun. A small group helps people develop lasting friendships and find support for navigating through life.
Typical activities consist of discussing the Bible and how it applies to everyday life, discussing the sermon from that weekend’s church service, and praying for each other.
No matter what stage of life you are in, we have a small group for you. We have small groups specifically tailored for:
- College aged people
- Single, young professionals
- Young couples some with young children
- Families with children ranging from newborns to elementary
- Families with children ranging from newborns to teens
- More experienced couples and singles, with older or grown children
Where Do Small Groups Meet?
Candlewood church small groups meet in each other’s homes and are also broken up into locations across the metro area including
- Midwest Omaha
- West Omaha / Papillion
- Northwest Omaha
- South Omaha
