2020 National Day of Prayer

National Day of Prayer is Going Live

Join us May 7, 2020 at 7:00pm – 9:00pm central time for the National Day of Prayer broadcast on our Facebook page. We will be sharing the National Prayer broadcast instead of having our own streamed from the church. This time, it will be led by various faith leaders across the country and will be accessible via our Facebook page (but not YouTube or our website as our Sunday services are).

This year’s virtual observance has the potential to become the largest prayer gathering in U.S. history – with millions praying together, individually. We hope that you will be a part of it!

“When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?” – Psalm 11:3

Prayer as a Powerful Tool

Prayer is a powerful tool that gives us direct communication with God Himself. With the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has changed our world so much, prayer is especially crucial during this time of fear and hopelessness.

2020 National Day of Prayer Theme

“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
– Habakkuk 2:14

The theme for the 2020 National Day of Prayer comes from the second chapter of Habakkuk where we will be praying for God’s glory to be seen across the Earth. In this time of uncertainty, we believe that God is still in control and that He will carry out His plan for our country and the rest of the world.
